1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and business relationships between the customer and the online shop Cavallin.ch, operated by Nicole Schreiter, based in 8633 Wolfhausen, Switzerland.
1.2 Deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Cavallin.ch expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The offers in our online shop represent a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a sales contract.
2.2 After submitting the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation by e-mail confirming receipt of the order. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
2.3 The purchase contract is concluded when Cavallin.ch accepts the order and sends the goods to the customer. The shipping confirmation by e-mail represents acceptance.
3. Prices and terms of payment
3.1 The prices stated in our online shop are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax and other price components, if applicable. Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately.
3.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer or other payment methods offered in the online shop. The terms of payment can be seen during the ordering process.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Cavallin.ch delivers the ordered goods within Switzerland and, if necessary, to other countries that are specified in the online shop.
4.2 The delivery times are specified individually for each product. Cavallin.ch endeavors to meet these delivery times, but cannot guarantee compliance.
4.3 Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer prior to the completion of the ordering process and shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
